Okoi Ekot holds a Master of Science Degree in Banking and Finance from Olabisi Onabanjo University- OOU. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria – ICAN., and a member of the Chartered Institute of Management. He is a pragmatic Funds and Investment Accountant, A Portfolio Management Analyst, A Trained Financial Controller with over 17 years in the Financial Service Industry; Having expertise in Fund Accounting, Statutory and Regulatory Reporting, Financial instruments appraisals and valuations, Financial Reporting, Corporate Action Management to optimize Portfolio Performance, Investment Appraisals and Enterprise Risk Portfolio Management Practice.
Prior to his appointment as the Head of Funds Department in Parthian Pensions Limited, Okoi had served in similar capacity as the Head of Fund and Investment Accounting in Veritas Glanvills Pensions, where a lot of reforms were engineered. He had a rewardable and excellent service experience with Ecobank Nigeria Limited in Portfolio Management in Risk Management Group.

Akinremi Olugbenga is a seasoned pension expert with over 15 years of progressive experience in Nigeria’s pension industry. He began his career at CrusaderSterling Pensions in Contributions and Reconciliation, later joining UBA Pensions Custodian where he rose to Unit Head, Process Assurance. He also served as Unit Head, Benefit Payment and Investment Settlement at Veritas Glanvills Pensions. Currently at Parthian Pensions, he leverages his extensive expertise to drive excellence in pension administration. Akinremi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is currently pursuing an MBA in Human Resources at Obafemi Awolowo University.
Dr. Abraham Nwankwo’s working experience spans journalism, university lecturing, banking, and, public debt management. He joined Nigeria’s Debt Management Office (DMO) in 2001 and was appointed the Director-General in 2007. His tenure as the Chief Executive Officer of the DMO was characterized by the rapid development of the domestic bond market, as well as Nigeria’s successful foray into the international capital market with a variety of instruments, including Eurobond and Diaspora bond. After completing 10 years of two tenures as the Director-General, he retired from public service in June 2017.
He is a variedly published writer, not only of books and academic articles on economics but also of books in drama, poetry, and prose. His published books include Tatu (drama), Through the Storm (drama), Minds of Time (poetry), Oracles for Heroes (novel), Stable Growth & Foreign Exchange (economics), and, Inflation & the Structure of Aggregate Output (economics).
Dr. Nwankwo holds a Ph.D. Economics degree from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka; his M.Sc. Economics and B.Sc. Economics degrees were also obtained from the same university.
Mr. Olufemi Odukoya is a seasoned financial executive with over 30 years of leadership experience spanning pensions, banking, insurance, and manufacturing. A Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS), Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIT) and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Directors (MCIoD), he is widely respected for his excellence in strategy, governance, and people leadership.
Before joining Parthian Pensions Limited, he held key control roles while working with Hallmark Bank Plc, Crusader Insurance Plc and Kano Sugar Processing Nig Limited. He joined crusaderSterling Pensions Limited in year 2006, and held important roles as Executive Director, in charge of Business development, Executive Director responsible for Operations & IT. He is a graduate of business administration and has attended seminars and leadership training in various Organisations including the Lagos Business School.
Ibilola Ashcroft is currently the Acting Managing Director at Parthian Capital. Before now, she was the Vice President, Products and Operations at i-invest. She has over 9 years of experience working in the financial services industry with expertise in investment products. Prior to joining i-invest, Ibilola worked in the Global Markets team at Parthian Partners, executing sales and brokerage functions.
Before that, she worked at AXA Mansard Investments Ltd and held roles at various points in portfolio management, business development, client management and advisory functions. Ibilola has a BSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Lagos and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). She is a member of the CFA Society Nigeria, an ardent reader and loves to travel and explore new places & cultures.
Mr. Oluseye Olusoga is the Managing Director and CEO of Parthian Partners Limited. Prior to founding Parthian, Seye had worked at Lehman Brothers London in the Debt Capital Market before moving to Citibank as a trader within its Citigroup Global Markets in London.
Mr. Olusoga holds a First Class (Hons) degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Surrey. He is also an alumnus of the Said Business School Oxford, Warwick Business School, UK, and the Lagos Business School. He was a member of the Capital Market Master Plan Committee.
Olufunmilola Smith began her career as an Operations Analyst with the Credit Derivatives Operations Team at Goldman Sachs in the UK. She is a qualified legal practitioner with over a decade of post-call experience, specialising in commercial law, regulatory compliance, risk management, operations, investment research, and business development.
Known for being results-driven, analytical, and meticulous, Ms. Smith consistently strives to add value in all her professional engagements. Her diverse skill set and extensive experience make her an invaluable asset in various facets of the financial and legal sectors.
Ms. Aminat Olusola Adeola is a strategist, development executive, and social innovation leader with a strong track record in organisational design, public policy, and education sector transformation. She is the Co-Founder and former Executive Director of Designing Futures, an initiative focused on expanding access to education finance and improving learning outcomes through technology and teacher development. She has held leadership roles across sectors, including as Executive Secretary of Freedom Foundation, Head of Corporate Strategy at L.A.T Cleveson, and IVD Coordinator at FATE Foundation, where she led the design of an entrepreneurship fellowship based on the Stanford model of design thinking and venture creation.
Ms. Olusola currently serves on the boards of FATE Foundation, Kachifo Limited, and Black Pelican Limited, where she chairs the Governance, Audit and Risk Management Committee. She is a member of the Investment Committee of the Miller Center, supporting impact-driven ventures globally.
She holds a Master of Public Administration (Social Policy) from Columbia University, a B.S. in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, and is currently completing a Master’s in Biblical and Theological Studies at Wheaton College. She is a Kauffman Fellow and an alumna of the WIMBIZ Women on Boards Mentoring Program.
Her work spans strategy, education, impact investing, and organisational transformation, with a focus on designing inclusive systems that unlock human potential.
Abubakar Gabriel Audu is a seasoned Business Development and Operations Executive with over 15 years of experience in Nigeria’s pension and insurance sectors. He has led strategic initiatives in organizations like Leadway Pensure, AIICO Pensions, AXA Mansard Pensions, and Tangerine APT Pensions, holding roles from Relationship Manager to Head of Micro Pensions and Partnerships.
He holds a B.A. in English from the University of Maiduguri and an MBA from Mariam Abacha American University. A member of the Nigerian Institute of Management, Abubakar has also completed leadership training at Phillips Consulting and Kaduna Business School. He is known for driving growth, optimizing operations, and fostering stakeholder engagement through innovation and strategic leadership.
Smith Oligie is an experienced IT Executive with over 17 years of progressive leadership in Information Technology, combining deep technical expertise with strategic business acumen.

Adetunbi Ashaye is a seasoned expert in pension fund operations and human capital strategy, with over 25 years of experience in Nigeria’s financial sector. He began his career at First Bank in 2000 and was a pioneer staff member at First Pension Custodian, where he rose to become Head of Human Capital Management. His career spans key roles at Access Pension Fund Custodian and Fidelity Pension Managers, and he currently leads operations at Parthian Pensions Limited. Adetunbi is known for his ability to blend operational efficiency with strong people leadership.
He holds a B.Sc. in Microbiology and an MBA in Human Resources, complemented by certifications in HR and portfolio management. His commitment to continuous learning is evident in his completion of executive programs in pension operations and leadership at top institutions in Nigeria and the UK. Adetunbi’s professional journey reflects a deep understanding of both the technical and human aspects of pension fund management, making him a respected figure in the industry.
Adeola Soile is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over a decade of experience in the Financial Services sector. She has held key HR roles in leading institutions such as United Bank for Africa and Polaris Bank Limited, where she led major transformational initiatives. At Parthian Pensions, she brings her extensive experience to lead Human Resources and Corporate Services, aligning people, culture, and operations with strategic business objectives.
A certified HR professional and qualified lawyer, Adeola combines a unique blend of legal acumen with HR expertise to drive people-focused solutions that foster organizational growth and support talent development. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Obafemi Awolowo University and a Barrister at Law (B.L) from the Nigerian Law School, Lagos. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources – International by the HRCI Institute and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).
Muyiwa Ojeniyi is a visionary leader with deep-rooted expertise in Nigeria’s pension sector, distinguished by a strong track record in Operations, Business Development, and Marketing. With a B.Ed. in Geography from the University of Jos, he brings analytical insight and commercial acumen to organizational transformation and market expansion.
He began his career at TrustFund Pensions Limited, where he played a key role in driving operational excellence before pivoting to Business Development in 2016. His leadership within the company helped shape client engagement strategies and forge strategic partnerships. Muyiwa has also held senior roles at FCMB Pensions, consistently leading initiatives that enhanced customer experience and propelled business growth.
Celebrated for his ability to inspire teams and foster innovation, Muyiwa excels in optimizing performance and navigating complex market dynamics with agility and strategic foresight.
Itomo Omokafe Leonard is a Dynamic and collaborative Internal Audit and Control Manager. With over 15 years of experience in operational efficiency, risk assessment, and control design, he has a proven track record of driving positive change within organizations. Before joining Parthian Pensions Limited, his previous roles at AIICO Pensions, FCMB Pensions, Crusader Pensions, and Trustfund Pensions highlight his ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and enhance internal control systems.
Itomo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Zoology from the University of Uyo and is an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He has also completed various certifications in Internal Control, Audit, and Risk Management.
Mr. Fola Oyeyinka is Founder & Managing Partner of Blackrose, an alternative investment and development management firm that develops, invests in, and operates capital-intensive assets in Africa’s low carbon energy transition, food security, sustainable manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors. Mr. Oyeyinka also chairs the Board of Pirano Energy, a renewable energy business primarily focused on the provision of financed solar solutions to corporates across Africa. He is an energy and manufacturing sector leader with experience in public finance and investment management. He served as Senior Special Assistant to Nigeria’s President on economic matters and infrastructure development. He is a graduate of Mathematics & Computer Science from Imperial College London. Mr. Oyeyinka has attended post graduate programs in Public Leadership and Financial Strategy at Harvard Kennedy School and Oxford University. He worked as an investment professional with Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, and J.P. Morgan in England before returning to Nigeria as Technical Assistant to the Minister of Finance, where he was lead adviser for the establishment of the US$1 billion Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority.
